- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bad customer service, I went there to request my refund for monthly service charge. As their system have problems, the agents there promised to call me and follow up my case. But after two weeks, no one call me, so I came back again to refile my requests. They promised me to call me, but again I didn't have my refund show up in my account and no response call from them.... very bad customer service... at least give me a call explain why.. so sad.. thinking about changing my favor bankBy Nuai Chen, January 31, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been using CITI Bank as my only bank for over 6 years. Recently I went in there for applying a new account and credit card. The agent there is not helpful at all. Bad customer service. Especially the lady agent sit at the back. They basically just refuse my request. I went to Wells Fargo next door and they immediately help me to get a new account and let me know what to be careful about the account and credit card.
