  Before hurricane Irma, 4 days to be exact, i tried to send a package over night to Florida. I was aware of the situation and I asked the manager several times if my package was going to get lost or wasn't going to arrive save and he guaranteed that the package was going to be at my house (Florida) by 3 pm, treating me like I had hearing problems and as they were the best company on the planet. The package never arrived, it contained the keys of my car, they are lost somewhere and as UPS is a franchise they NEVER have an answer. I haven't received my refund for "overnight" shipping and they won't answer for the new set of keys. Not to talk about customer service, they blame me for the lost cause I wanted to return the package to San Francisco, so "that's why it got lost". My biggest regret is not going to DHL or FEDEX before coming to this store, never again IN MY LIFE, not even to the one located right next to my house. I don't recommend this store and be careful on what you leave with them.

  Its does mail delivery accept mail delivery paclages prices are average and attitudes are beautuful
