- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I used these guys for Brazilian tourist visas for me and my wife, and they were fantastic. Turnaround time was eight calendar days, including shipping time in both directions. This was faster than promised. I called twice to ask questions, and they were knowledgeable, quick, and reassuring. They allow you to pay for the entire cost (consular fee, TDS fee, and shipping) using one credit card, whereas other outfits want you to get money orders for one fee and use another payment method for another. On the whole, when you ship your passport off to a faceless office, you want to feel reassured at every step, and TDS fit that bill. I was impressed.By A Google User, October 27, 2016
