- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have only had this account less than 3 months and am already regretting it. Several times I have attempted to use my card online or in a store and it is refused for no reason, also hate the fact that I get charged to check my balance at a non-HSBC ATM even when I don't withdraw cash. Also, a few times I have attempted to online bank and the site is "temporarily unavailable". I have been with wells fargo 15+ years and have never not been able to go online. I opened this account because I am going to be moving back to England and needed an account that had branches over there. I may just close it and call it a day.By Margaret Odamo, August 16, 2017
