  William Lo was the absolute worst CPA I have ever visited. He spent about 1/2 hour with me. I have a VERY SIMPLE tax return (which can't be competed with HR Block's online service for some reason) and he charged me $394 ($35 of which is for complete service should I be audited). I have emailed him to find out why I was charged SO much (I read it as $294, my error), but he hasn't had the courtesy to respond to me, but it's still way to much for the service he provided. Last year I saw a woman at the Van Ness street office and she charged me $279 which I thought was too much. The reason I went to William Lo was he was recommended to me by a friend who had a very complicated return and he charged her $225!!! There was a sign when I walked in stating $275 for one hour!!! HR Block is supposed to be a reputable firm. I will NEVER go back to HR Block and will continue to tell anyone who will listen to me what a rip off they are. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
