After 2 years and 4 mortgage loan modification denials, I can say that NONE of the people who posted their positive reviews would feel the same way if they had to go thru what Chase has put us thru. Deliberate misstatements. False and misleading information; Document manipulation....and on and on and on.....It isn't difficult to catch the Chase reps lying. They're so arrogant they don't care if you know or even record what they say. They KNOW FULL WELL that NOTHING will happen to them because the process is so convoluted. State & Federal agencies don't care. The complaint process is a bottomless pit of bureaucracy that is administered by people who can't relate to the homeowner because they do not own a home and probably never will, because they can't afford to buy a home.
