- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst bank experience ever! Me and my wife came to open joint account. First of all we were waiting for 30 min and being ignored by workers. Then I asked a teller if anyone can assist us and she said that everyone is on break and it will take additional 10-15 min of waiting. After the banker finally came back from his break and took us, he didn't explain any detail about opening the account and started immediately creating our profile in the system. After spending another 50 min we found out that the terms and conditions are not suitable for us. We ended waisting 1.5 hours at the bank. Plus the banker who assisted us was rude and his customer service skills are equal 0. The manager of this location must be ashamed of his unprofessional and lazy team!!!By Jack Shapiro, August 13, 2017
