- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was asked to provide SSN and fill out W9, took it down to this office and had them fax it for me. Received more letters asking me to provide them with the same thing. Had my account restricted. Went down to the office and had one of their employees fill out the forms for me and fax them for me. Kept receiving letters asking me to provide them with SSN and W9. Went down a third time and had yet again one of their employees help me fill out the forms. Kept receiving the same letters in the mail asking me to provide them with SSN and W9. Went down a fourth time and got to talk to the back office over the phone. Just received a call back from them, I will have my account restricted on July 17 unless I keep faxing them the SSN and W9 forms. Enough is enoughBy Kristian Larsson Private, September 01, 2017
