- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆After calling many local San Francisco UPS stores, this store was the first one to have a take charge, professional, "can do" attitude on a art freight job that I needed done that was out of the ordinary and needed to be done quickly. The store manager was friendly, helpful and competent. The other stores I tried either said we cant do that, or they sounded so lackadaisical on the phone I didnt trust them! The only glitch was I didnt get a shipping/packing price quote first as the manager couldn't give me one, and when i did get it from the owner, the pricing on the job seemed to be arbitrary, and much much higher then I had paid to ship the work out. After the initial "can do" it seemed that now I was getting a run around with the agreed on delivery date unless i paid an un-agreed upon price. However after a bit of explaining my position and price comparison, the owner was very nice and the work was delivered safely, according to deadline, and for a fare price.By A Google User, April 09, 2017
