  This guy has a point--nobody manages the judges in California. For a judge to even get a smack on the wrist his/her conduct has to be so outrageous the Judicial Commission has no choice but to act. But when judges routinely screw people over as they normally do, as long as they don't go too far, they get away with it every single day. Going to the council is a waste of time. They're just a bunch of judges protecting other judges.

  Commission Judicial Performance and Santa Clara superior are two fraud institutions in Bay area. Adam Farfam and Christy Gaona got married in 2008. But Housing helping them to live my session 8 house at 4669 tango Way San Jose CA 95111. I went back to Asia in summer in 2012. christy Gaona and Adam farfam sued me civil harassment and small claim for 5,000. I was in Asia so it's impossible for involving in civil harassment case. Houisng Hai Den and Jennifor Modosa help these couple to adjust his part from 307 to 28 per month. It mean a married couple can use tax payor monthyy to live in Bay area in a rent 2400 but only pay 28 after they damaged my house. They damaged the house again when they moved out . So many judges and commissioners help them to extort money from Asia lanldord and police help them to extort me money. Commissioner Lisa Steignart lied Adam Faran was not tenant in the lease in Feb 17, 2012. But housing and my agent lease all shows Adam Farfam was tenants. Most of Santa Clara judges and commissioner lied to extort money from Asia engineering. Another case was my house be robbed but commissioner said they don't owe me any money. Campbell Warburton, Nicholas Pastore was an arbitrator and pro term judge of Santa Clara superior court. He can not tell man or woman but he can be a pro term judge in Santa Clara Superior Court. RBT construction company Hoang Nguyen used fake name Robert Nguyen and Binh Thi Nguyen to fraud our money. On March 20 2015 , Nicholas Pastore only know how to fliert with RMKB's female Attorney Esdina Casdina. Campbell Warburton Nicholas Pastore wrote in his arbitrator award that he has live testimony between Binh Thi Nguyen, aka Robert Hoang nguyen, my husband and me. But Binh Thi Nguyen was Hoang Nguyen wife and was impossible to be named as Robert NGuyen. So this arbitrator only know how to lie. He said most completed see exhibit G but in his arbitrator award did not attach any exhibit and Photos . Hoang Nguyen did not hired structure Engineer and did not pass any inspection so this arbitrator only lied and also the drawing he submited was fake I signed the contract with RBT on Aug 22, 2012 but RBT Hoang nguyen can subit a drawing with Cupertino Planning department stamp on Aug 20, 2012. Commissioner Lisa Steignert and Mark Pierce hlep Nicholas Pastore to fraud us more money. Nicholas pastore ask more extra arbitration fee but he did not let us know but cooperate with RMKB's attorney Stephen Barber and Enedina Casdian lied we rejected to pay extra arbitrator fee. Bu we have never received Niholas Pastore , Campbell Warburton 's payment request. Also in this small claim law suit , Campbell Warburton did not do valid serve but these two commissioners kept Nicholas Pastore lies. Commission of judicial performance and Superior of Santa Clara court are two fraud institution. Nobody manage these corrupt judges and commissioners. President Obama only know how to go abroad to travel and don't kknow how to manage police, Judges and DAs.
